CBL Capital takes the hard work out of finding a solid investment to put your money to work in. Our principals have decades of experience in underwriting, and risk assessment in the real estate debt field. We work only with institutional and accredited investors. We review 20-30 loans a week while picking 3-5 per month which are eligible to fund. Preservation of capital with a modest return of 7-9% is our primary focus. Most of our loans carry a term of 12 months. Borrower equity, exit strategy and speed of enforcement are the leading factors in deciding on a specific investment.
