Dustin has over 30 years of real estate lending and sales experience specializing in luxury residential and commercial real estate. Dustin has been licensed in the state of California since 1994 and currently serves as President at CBL Capital.
From May 2012 to January 2015 Dustin Worked for Rodeo Capital as senior Private Lender where he originated and closed over $20 million in real estate bridge loans, and also brought in more than $20 million of direct capital to the fund from high net worth individuals.
From February 2002 to April 2012 Dustin worked at Pritchett-Rapf & Associates, a luxury real estate sales firm in Malibu California. While working with Pritchett-Rapf, Dustin closed over $45 million in purchase transactions, managed a small group of private accredited investors and funded over $15 million in bridge loans.
From January 1994 to February 2002 Dustin was the President/Owner at Clock Tower Financial where he managed over $60 million dollars in private money loans secured by real estate. Loans averaged between 9-12% with a loan term of 1-5 years on all property types.
